In Division 1, Detroit Catholic Central remains firmly in control, extending its unbeaten streak in duals and showing no signs of slowing down. Meanwhile, Davison climbs with a strong showing at the Grappler Gold Invitational, and Hartland and Brighton continue to impress with solid performances. Clarkston and Rockford both suffered early losses, a reminder that even top-tier programs have to stay sharp from week to week. Oxford, Bedford, and Rochester Adams quietly keep pace, while Grand Ledge earns recognition as a team trending upward.

Algonac and Linden recorded big wins that bolstered their rankings, while North Branch and New Boston Huron faced setbacks this week. Mason continues to quietly dominate in duals, quietly building a strong résumé for later in the season.

Lakewood continues to rise with impressive dual victories, while Montrose, Hart, Constantine, and Whitehall all navigate the early-season tests with varying degrees of success. A handful of teams just outside the top 10 are knocking on the door, making D3 one of the most competitive divisions early on.
