The Michigan High School Athletic Association Team Wrestling Finals brackets for Divisions 1 through 4 are now locked in, bringing together the best programs from across the state for one final push at team glory. After months of dual meets, tournaments, districts, and regionals, the field has been narrowed to the elite squads still standing. With momentum built and legacies on the line, the Team Finals promise nonstop intensity, strategic coaching decisions, and the kind of atmosphere only postseason wrestling can deliver
Below are the official brackets for MHSAA Team Wrestling Finals, Divisions 1–4.
Division 1

QUARTERFINALS PREDICTIONS (5) Rockford over (4) Bedford Rockford is battle-tested. If they limit Bedford’s bonus wins and steal one swing match, this becomes a true upset opportunity.
(6) Davison over (3) Brighton Davison thrives in dual-meet environments. If they dictate starting weights and force Brighton into defensive wrestling, this could turn quickly. (2) Hartland over (7) Rochester Adams Hartland advances comfortably. (1) Detroit Catholic Central over (8) Dakota A Very One-sided Dual on paper... SEMI-FINALS PREDICTIONS (1) Detroit Catholic Central over (5) Rockford
(2) Hartland over (6) Davison FINALS PREDICTIONS
Champion: Detroit Catholic Central
Runner-up: Hartland
Until proven otherwise DCC remains the standard. What Coach Kyle Summerfield and his staff at Hartland is doing is fantastic and i see the program having a brilliant future and soon a state championship crown but i don't know if it's this year.. The Shamrocks are just too Good
Division 2

QUARTERFINALS PREDICTIONS (5) NB Huron (4) Linden this is truly A "Toss-up" dual, but NB Huron steals a couple swing matches to force the upset
(3) Algonac over (6) Eaton Rapids Algonac’s pace and toughness will show. Eaton rapids is not a bad wrestling team they have proved that again and again this year but i think Friday is the end of the road for the greyhounds
(2) Three rivers over (7) Freeland Three rivers is coming into this tournament with something to prove. they lost to Lowell in the semi finals last year after drawing a seed that put them at a extreme disadvantage early on in the tournament. This year however TR got the #2 seed and they have eyes on the prize.
(1) Lowell over (8) Fruitport Lowell is simply too deep. Fruitport has very little say in this match-up at all.
SEMI-FINALS PREDICTIONS (1) Lowell over (5) NB Huron
(2) Three Rivers over (3) Algonac FINALS PREDICTIONS
Champion: Three Rivers
Runner-up: Lowell
A ton of people are going to call me crazy for this predication and that's fine.. but truly i believe the wildcats can take down the red arrows.. Here's Why: Lowell is elite, but they lean heavily on winning big in certain weights. Three Rivers doesn’t need to outmatch Lowell everywhere they just need to neutralize bonus points. If they turn majors into decisions and pins into simple wins, the math changes fast. Every championship dual comes down to 3–4 swing matches. Three Rivers is dangerous in the middle of the lineup, where: They can steal decisions, Force overtime and Avoid getting teched or pinned and Lastly Lowell isn't used to chasing if Three rivers can get a early lead it forces Lowell to wrestle from behind and make them uncomfortable.
Division 3

QUARTERFINALS PREDICTIONS (1) Dundee over (8) Allegan Dundee’s depth and consistency across weights will be way too much for Allegan. Allegan made it out of Qtr. finals last year and wrestled Dundee in the semi finals losing 72-0.. I don't see this dual going much different..
(4) Lakewood over (5) Montrose Very competitive dual, but Lakewood’s balance gives them the edge.
(6) Ogemaw Heights over (3) Yale Ogemaw has been through the ringer in the past week and by Friday their wrestlers would have weighed in a total of 3 times in less than a week.. weighing in Saturday for Individual regionals, Monday for team regionals and Friday for team state.. These wrestlers haven't had much time to get distracted about wrestling for a week straight then been locked on their weights, and the craft and i truly believe this could give them a huge edge in QTR'S and SEMI'S
(2) Whitehall over (7) Hart Whitehall will out physical hart.
SEMI-FINALS PREDICTIONS (6) Ogemaw Heights over (2) Whitehall (1) Dundee over (4) Lakewood
FINALS PREDICTIONS
Champion: Dundee
Runner-up: Ogemaw Heights
Just like DCC in Division 1 Dundee wrestling is the standard.. nobody is going to beat them for a long while...
Division 4

QUARTERFINALS PREDICTIONS
(1) Hudson over (8) North Central Hudson will Dominate this dual from start to finish
(4) Decatur over (5) Union City Of every dual in Division 4, this is the one to watch. Two programs from Southwest Michigan, both battle-tested and both fully deserving of their spot at Wings Event Center. Each team brings a physical, top-to-bottom lineup with very few weak points, setting the stage for a true dual-meet chess match. Union City silenced plenty of doubts by returning to Team State after graduating a large senior class last spring a statement run that proved this program hasn’t slipped. Expect this dual to be decided in the final matches, with the outcome hanging in the balance until the very end.
(3) Clinton over (6) Roscommon Very competitive dual, but Clinton's balance gives them the edge.
(2) St Louis over (7) New Lothrop Just like Three Rivers in Division 2, St. Louis has something to prove. After falling in the semifinals last year to CSM, the Sharks return with unfinished business. That loss has fueled a hunger all season one built on growth, toughness, and belief. Now, St. Louis is ready to push past the point where their run ended a year ago and take the next step toward the finals.
SEMI-FINALS PREDICTIONS (1) Hudson over (4) Decatur
(2) St Louis (3) Clinton FINALS PREDICTIONS Champion: St Louis
Runner-up: Hudson
Again.. Call me Crazy BUT St. Louis has a clear path to beating Hudson because they are built for close, physical duals and have momentum rooted in recent adversity. After falling short in the semifinals last season, St. Louis returns with a sharper sense of urgency and a lineup that understands how thin the margin is at Team State. They wrestle with purpose in every position, limiting bonus points and forcing opponents into grind-it-out matches rather than giving up momentum swings. Hudson is strong and well-coached, but St. Louis thrives when duals slow down and every decision matters, which neutralizes flashier lineups and turns the meet into a battle of discipline and execution. St. Louis also brings confidence from proving they belong on this stage, and that belief shows late in duals when pressure mounts and matches tighten. If the meet stays close into the final weights, St. Louis is more comfortable living in that tension, which gives them the edge to pull ahead when it matters most.
Wrestling begins Friday at noon with Division 4 @ Wings event center in Kalamazoo Michigan. The Big Madosnki will be there and will be keeping everyone up to date on the action.
