The Portland St Patrick Shamrocks earned a strong 59–42 win over the Laingsburg Wolfpack by winning the assist battle, controlling the glass, and setting the tone defensively. Jerryd Scheurer and Brady Leonard were the engines of the offense, combining for 42 of the team’s 59 points. The duo consistently created open looks for their teammates and kept the Shamrocks playing unselfish basketball.

Inside, Tyler Thelen made his presence felt with a physical performance, recording a double-double with 10 points and 12 rebounds. His effort gave the Shamrocks a clear edge on the boards and led to multiple second-chance opportunities. Defensively, Mason Simon played a huge role in the victory, as his on-ball defense was tenacious, constantly pressuring the Wolfpack’s guards and disrupting their offensive flow.
